It comes furnished and offers 2 off-street parking spaces. This smoke/vape-free property does not accept pets, ensuring a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. In addition, no subletting is allowed, there is no washer/dryer access and heat for winter rental is paid separately. All applications require a background and credit check. 1.5x monthly rent is also required as a refundable security deposit.
